Aerial Yoga, is a new kind of yoga workout which combines a series of exercises inspired by yoga, pilates and aerial acrobatics with the use of a hammock. Aerial yoga offers to explore traditional yoga poses but without having to compress any of the joints and spines, and is able to achieve proper posture and alignment through relaxation. Aerial yoga offers many of the same benefits and enjoyments of regular yoga, as well as some additional benefits such as greater flexibility, better focus by being in a more challenging situation than normal yoga, and more efficient in strengthening muscles.
Personal Training, in VO2, we offer many professional Personal Trainers and a variety of training types including but not limited to: martial arts training，fitness training, rehab training，etc. Our trainers are professionals in exercise prescription and instruction. In the one on one private personal training sessions, our trainers will provide professional feed-backs and strong motivation to our members, assessing the member’s strengths and weaknesses to customize the perfect workout plan to help our members achieve the best possible workout results.
Fitness Bootcamp, is a type of high intensity physical training programme led by our personal trainers. It is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group exercise intervals over the 1hr session which delivers results in a total body approach. The exercises consist: body weight exercises, sprint intervals, and some high intensity moves such as kicks and punching. Fitness Bootcamp is able to help burn calories fast by limiting the rest time in between each group of exercises and getting the heart rate up.
